Now, we get into the process. There are two ways to doing this.
First, you peel your fresh ginger and cut it into bits. After this, boil your cut ginger in two cups of water in a pot for 15-20 minutes. Once it’s done, you are ready to lose belly fat (or well on your way to losing it). Sieve the water out into a cup and you’re golden.
Then again, you could try the other way. Or interchange; same results.
Boil two cups of water. While your water is boiling or any other time you prefer, peel your ginger and cut into pieces or grate it into a cup. Once your water comes to a boil, pour it in the cup. Leave for 10-15 minutes and sieve the water out. Add a little bit of honey for sweetness (or not, if you want) and you’re ready. You could also decide not to sieve out the ginger shaft; it’s totally left to you. Note that for each process, you do not have to use fresh ginger, you could use powdered ginger as well, depending on easy reach. Fresh ginger is recommended though.
Drink your ginger tea twice a day.
